Product: Envy 700-327c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

So I have installed on the drivers updated to sp1 have everything setup and running stable but for some reason only usb 2.0 works and usb 3.0 doesnt I have checked the wires to make sure its all plugged in my device manager shows no issues. I don't know how to go about solving this issue anyone have any ideas? Fresh install of windows 7.

Well for some reason HP keeps telling me my email isnt used for an account but when I try and sign up so I can login it tells me the email is in use so I had to make a NEW account because HP didnt wanna let me have my old account long story short I went to another forum because I couldnt get this one working.

usb drivers version 2.5 solved my issue
