USB power output HP 500-267 C

I recently purchased an Eddie Bauer power pack that is repowered through a USB port. I'm wondering if it can be powered through the 2 amp connector for my cell phone, so it would be good to know the power output of the USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports on this computer.  Can't find it on line.  Thanks for any help.

It tells you everyting that you need to know about charging with all of the different versions of USB ports.  I know that I got some good information from it.

Thanks for the reply.  This begs the question of what the output from the wall-charging plug is.  I would expect it to be higher than the usb port

You are welcome, @Corrales. 

The charging adapter for your phone should have the output listed on a lable on it.  I agree that it will most likely be higher than the USB ports; with the exception of the latest version USB- Type C.
