hello
I have a quesion please . I brought my windows 7 Pavilion p6510t CTO desktop pc back to factory specifations and I can't get serivce pack 1 to install either going through windows updates and nor by downloading it. When the computer restarts I get an error message regarding the installation of service pack 1. Sorry but I have forgeton what that was. But I think other than this issue the computer works. I would like to keep using this computer and asking. Is there a specific part inside the computer I can change that I can go back to allow serivice pack 1 to install. Thank you.
