Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I would like to upgrade my CPU from a AMD ATHLON II x 2 to something more prowerful....

I have searched the Internet and One say....  You must use a AMD PROCESSOR but on another so called site,

It says You can use Intel Core processor and am getting totally confused....

 

So Best people to ask and resolve my Upgrade Procressor Problem are yourselves, after all. I did build my Decktop....

 

So guy's.....  What would you recommend, ?????????.......
