I am attempting to upgrade the RAM on my All-in-One Computer.
Currently the system has only 4GB of memory. I was told that it can be upgraded to 16GB. However, with only 2 RAM slots, i am assuming that i can only get two 8GB RAM cards.
The issue that i'm having is that HP's support options have not been helpful to provide me with correct answers. No one seems to be able to provide me with answers to the following questions:
1. What is the part#'s to upgrade the RAM on this computer? (Type: HP Pavilion 22-A113W)
2. This current system has two slots for RAM. This would mean i would need to purchase 2 - 8GB RAM cards Correct?
Can anyone help me out?
