Here is the spec for my computer

HP ENVY 700-215xt

i7-4770 CPU

no idea about mother board

current gpu : GT 720

current psu: basic 300W HP psu

I am wondering if I can upgrade to gtx 1060... is it going to fit with the motherboard?

and do i need to change psu or need  to add fan?

As far as the fit goes, it is a double width card and will require you to measure the length of the card in the PC.

Compare it to the length of the candidate module GTX-1060 card you are considering to determine if it will fit.

The cards with three fans are likely to be too long.

A PSU upgrade is going to be required.

Check the system requirements at the manufacture's website for then card you are considering.
