Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm a PC hardware noob and I want to update my graphics card to a gtx 750ti and I'm hoping to not have to upgrade anything else right now. Does anyone know if the gtx 750ti would not be compatible with the below specs?

PC: HP h8-1280t
Processor: Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Ram: 10 GB
GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Power supply model: DPS-460DB-5 A (max power: 460 w)
