Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Is it possible to upgrade the touchsmart pc to a Core i7-2600 (Sandy Bridge) quad core? As it is compatible with LGA 1155?and if so are there any manuals or videos on how to do it?

so do i just follow the steps  and remove the covers until i see the motherboard where i just replace it?
