HP Recommended

I have enabled the Virtualization Technology from my BIOS setting and restart my system. I turned the system off for 20 minutes to make a cold restart. when I checked the status of VT in BIOS it's enabled but when I'm trying to run android emolator from android studio, It warns that the VT is disabled. when I check it's status from task manager it also shows that VT is disabled. My HP lap top is 6530b.

please guide me.
