I will mention the GTX 1080 cards. Read the following.

There are always variations and differences in quaility and quirks.
The EGVA's GTX 1080 have been problematic, with overheating. EVGA issues a DIY mode that requests you to disassemble the heat shroud to insert heat shields. (IMHO and others that is very impolite).
I bought the Zotac Amp Extreme. Allow for 3 slots. It does require the MSI Afterburner program to control the fans. Set above 35% to keep the fans ON. If allowed to go 0%, the card warms up, causing the fans to roar at 100%. At that point, it stays at 100%.
now for the Titan X... the GTX 1080 beats it. See here.
Reminder: You need a 600W PSU to keep that beast happy. I know it calls only for a 500W PSU, but get a Corsair CX600. It's a exact fit, allows for better temps. If your thinking the 650 modular, remember it's almost 1 inch deeper into the case. It might slam into the DVD drive.

I suggest you google and search for "problems". If there are any, the web will tell.
