Hi Chris,
First a couple of questions. Are you trying to boot off hard disk? Is the hard disk first in boot order in BIOS? Have you got pendrives inserted in the computer?
Was win 10 installed in UEFI or Legacy mode?
Does the Bios recognize the hard disk? (Is it in the list of devices) If not could be hard disk mafunction.
If disk is recognized it could be a problem with MBR (boot record) which you can try to fix with windows 10 media.
Let me know,
David

I removed my hard drive having win10 and installed a new hard drive and installed linux OS Ubuntu, after installation i removed it again to put back the previous hdd carrying win10. Then it showed that error message 3F0.then i thought it was hdd malfunction. I removed the hdd and installed the other hdd with linux Os. It was still the same error message 3F0.then i installed back the hdd with win10.
I went to bios setup. Hdd is in boot order
No pendrives installed bios recognizes the hdd cos its in the list of devices. How do i know if the OS is installed in legacy or uefi mode.

Hi,
Do you have windows 10 installation media?
If not:
Download the OS from Microsoft on a different computer:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You download the media creation tool. Run the setup when downloaded and follow instructions. Check to create usb drive, check to install on different computer, Download the same version as you currently have on the PC which isn't working.
Once you have created the pendrive go into bios and change the boot order so that it boots from pendrive. If you have the pendrive inserted you should see it in the list.
Boot from pendrive and when you get to the screen where it asks to install, click on repair your computer.
Go to advanced settings and chhose Repair startup:
Let me know if you need any further help,
David

boot device not found is the hardware issue.
your computer is not able to detect hard disk so it could not find boot files to load windows 10 operating system
Make sure hard disk power connector properly attached?
turn on the computer and press F9 it will display the boot menu ,
check if you are able to see the hard disk
select the hard disk and hit enter
