Hi,

 

You can't read from all screens or only when use internet ? What is the Operating System of your computer what is your screen ?

When making an inquiry, it's best to at least list the following:

HP model and current OS.........not really needed, but it's nice to know.

Is the problem with the desktop or browser, or both?  If browser,  Edge, Chrome, IE.11, or what?

These make the reply more accurate.
