Product No. V8P23AA#ABA. Just bought it and started it up. It makes a humming noise and after calling HP they said take it back to Best Buy which I did and exchanged it. I now have it home and started it up and it makes the same buzzing noise. (it's ten feet away from me now and I still hear it). Any suggestions?

Thanks,

@nole68, welcome to the forum.

You should take this one back to BestBuy, also.  This is not normal for any computer, let alone one that is new.  It is difficult to know what is causing the humming without seeing it.

If you have any problems with BestBuy, please let me know and I will have someone from HP contact you.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
