Probably your initial setup was 12hrs out. Anyway, please try (for Windows 8.1)

(a) Right click the Windows icon (Start),

(b) Cick Control Panel,

(c) Click Date and Time

(d) Click Internet Time tab,

(e) Tick Synchonize .....

              int_time.png

(f) Click Update now

(g) Click Ok/Apply to get out

Regards.
