Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking at the GeForce® GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6G and I want to know if it is compatible with my HP Pavilion Desktop - 550-a114

There are several issues with installing that video card.  First and foremost, the SUPPORT PAGE for that model indicates there is no PCI Express slot.  Check that page to verify that is the correct model.  If that is your PC, then it will not be possible.

There are no real good expectations for adding a video card to that type of PC.  You would need to replace the motherboard and the power supply in order to do any upgrades in that area.
