Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

The specifications I could find for your desktop indicates it has two HDMI ports on the back.  

Those are used to connect a monitor.

If your monitor does not have HDMI input, then you would have to find a HDMI-to-DVI or HDMI-to-VGA adapter to connect your monitor cable to the PC.

I have the same HP Envy 750-124 PC. To hook up 2 monitors, would I use both HDMI ports on the back? Both of my monitors are HDMI compatible.
