Hello,
I wanted to know if my machine was upgradeable to higher spec's, (especially the graphics /video card /GPU,is it all the same?) which is killing my ability to really use the i7 on my machine. a lot of new Win10 Games coming online and my machine has the i7 with an intel 580. I'm not completely knowledgable about pc's but not too dumb either. Definitely do not want to upgrade myself or even go to a third party I figure the best people are the makers, all the Games tell me this is the issue is it possible? Whats the cost? Already spent about 2000 on this w insurance. willing to spend a reasonable price.
or is it not doable? Please let me know I would like to really use the power of this i7. I Already Highly regard this machine it is my most powerful and best machine to date , i currently use it for music, video, gaming, graphic art and NewMEdia endeavors. Please I know your company can do this , Give me a price? Either way thank you.

We are not a business unit of HP. We do not perform upgrades.
We are volunteers who give our expertise to help others resolve issues they are having and give our advice when members have questions.
Your HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-p011 is not a candidate PC to upgrade and use as a gaming PC. I wish I had better news to give you.
That is because of the graphics solution that is present in your PC.
The integrated video graphics solution is not upgradeable because it is soldered onto the mainboard. It is not an adapter or a video card.
the specifications of your AIO PC are at the following link.
