As i am unable to add a graphics card to my computer (HP Desktop - 260-a111na) and have to use the intergrated graphics will adding more ram with a higher clock speed make any signifigant differance in the graphics card performance?

Hi,
Yes but not much because the Integrated AMD Radeon R2 Graphics can only share up to a limit. From current 4GB to 8GB would give you a bit room. Above that not much help for graphics.
You can't use higher clock speed RAM, this will run at current speed or won't run at all.
