Can i add a new graphics/video card to my Hp touchsmart 320?

The short answer is NO... The longer answer is that it depends on a number of factors, including the full model number of your computer, does the motherboard have a MXM slot, did it already come with a discrete MXM card, and how much do you want to pay.
