I recently bought a HP Pavilion desktop from the HP website. It had an option to extend the warranty to 2 years so I bought this at the same time. When the machine arrived the warranty was only stated as 1 year. Complained and was advised it would be sorted but nothing happened. Complained again and again and could not get a response. Then out of the blue the cost of the warranty was refunded - no explanation.
Was very annoyed with this as I actually wanted the 2 year warranty.
Despite countless e-mails no one in HP will answer my mails - any advice on what to do?

when i have a problem and try to get a tech a saleman starts his pitch for $499.00 he will give you life time protection he go to $399.00 then he drops it 99.00 the should be classified saleman not a tech this put a real strain my felling for hp products
