Hi,
If you have the DV6000 laptop and it's freezing up then you might have a bad video chip which normally means a motherboard replacement but perhaps it can be repaired.

I have a HP Pavillion g6 laptop. If I leave the computer alone on screen saver (floating bubbles) for anything longer than 5 minutes it tends to freeze up, leaving me with no other option than to power down using the power button.
This computer is less than 2 yrs. old and already doing this. Very frustrating to pay good money and to have this occuring!
Please help me with this, if can.
Aloha
