Hi,
I updated for a win 7 version of bios, it rebooted fine, but when I shut down and tried to power back up again, that's where it is not beeping any POST, I am unable to get the box to recognize the windows (function key) + B immediately after holding power button for 1.5 second (otherwise it would shut off).
The fan would just get real hot and run at >8000rpm.
I'm running the 14393.693 version of windows 10 pro. But now my BIOS won't boot.

Unfortunately, your PC has a legacy BIOS.
That is why the Windows key + B method did not work. The method is only for more modern PCs with UEFI BIOSes.
The only method of resolving your PC's corrupt BIOS issue is going to be the replacement of the BIOS chip on the motherboard with one that has a freshly programmed and compatible BIOS within.
There are BIOS repair companies online that can provide that service for you.
Otherwise, you are going to have to source another PC. The hard disk with Windows 10 can be put in another PC but it will not activate. That is because your Windows 10 license, which is kept online in the Microsoft license servers, is tied to the hardware it was originally installed in. That means you will need another OS license.
Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news.
