Great-grandma needs help. I live alone with no one to ask. My hp was not working right after many attempts to get it up and running. I decided to bring it back to day one and in so doing, it emptied everything including the start up. I didn't get the disks when purchasing so I used an old set from my Dell laptop. Well it did speed things up but reports I don't have
a network adapter and there for no internet.
How can I get a disk for win 7 and get back to using my pc? Thank you

Well Grandma, it might be possible to get the correct disk set to restore the computer to day one, as you intended. The complete model number for the PC is required, so the disk set can be searched. Assuming it came with Windows 7 from the factory, then it can be done correctly and all the drivers will be installed, too.
