Window 10  OS upgraded from Windows 7 ultimate.

 

Does my BIOS support TPM 1.2 for Bitlocker If so how to enable.

If not is there a BIOS upgrade to enable TPM1.2 ?

 

If I can enable TPM 1.2 for Bitlocker in the BIOS;  How to administer/setup  for multiple  valid user sharing one computer.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Firtly you nedd to check does your machine have TPM or not. If yes it does have, you can see it from Device Manager

otherwise you have to do fifferent way.

 

It is a piece of hardware. BIOS upgrade without hardware won't work.

Thanks yep not there no TPM for me. Sad.  Thanks for the directions.
