Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

At startup, receive the blue screen of death and error code Critical Process Died. Have tried restore, refresh, scanfile, and dism. Have no disks.

There should be a Recovery Manager available through thr F10 or F11 at startup.  Press Esc immediately after pressing the physical start buttom and the pick the

recovery Manager from the popup menu.  Also, since this is windows 10, you can do a clean install from the Media Creation Tool from M$
