Or, within Internet Explorer, highlight a paragraph of text, and right-mouse-click, and choose "translate".

 

The author wrote that "the correctly-installed printer does not print".

 

Start from there, if you want to assist the questioner, with the usual issues:

* paper jam,

* no ink,

* the printer is not set as the "default" printer.
