Hi,
Everytime I try and order the recovery media, it keeps returning me to page 1. I have tried differnt browsers, and I know the SN and model info are correct becasue I'm hainvg HP auto sense it.
I have tried to call support, but cannot find a good #. Any ideas? I'm more than happy to pay for the media, just need a way to order it.
Thanks!!!

HP is unlikely to have the recovery media available for sale. After three years, HP no longer stocks or sells the recovery media.
After a three-year period, HP no longer stocks or sells the recovery media for its PCs or notebooks.

@mrheeley, welcome to the forum.
When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.
