I got a HP Pavilion 20-b002la with Windows 10 but I want to downgrade it to Windows 7, but in the support and drivers page that OS isn't listed.
My doubt and question is that, if I downgrade it, the PC it will be working fine with WIndows 7?
Thanks a lot.

You're very welcome.
It looks like your PC originally came with W8, correct?
Now that you have upgraded to W10, you can make your own W10 reinstallation media by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.
It will clean install W10. It will not install any of the software that originally came with your PC.
You would need W8 recovery disks to restore the PC to its original condition.

Now, there are a couple of BIOS settings you need to change in order to install W7.
You need to enable legacy mode in the BIOS, and disable secure boot. W7 is not compatible with secure boot.
See this guide for what settings to change.

After you install W7, based on the specs of your PC, these drivers should work...these are for W7 64 bit.
First install the amd chipset drivers and restart the PC. You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
Next install the amd graphics driver and restart the PC. You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.

Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 2nd driver on the list (64 bit).
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 2nd file at the link below.
Card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below.
Wireless: I don't know what model wirelesss network adapter your PC comes with.
If you let me know that, I will post the link to the wifi driver for the wireless network adapter.
If you don't know what model wifi adapter your PC has, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:
No 100% guarantees, but you should be able to run W7 64 bit just fine on that PC by using the drivers from the individual hardware component manufacturer's websites (AMD, Realtek).
If you want to do it, make your set of W10 recovery media first before attempting to install W7.

There's no device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller, with a ! mark next to it?
That would be the wireless card in need of a driver.
If you don't see a Network Controller device either, then the wireless card has a hardware failure.

Nevermind, I finally could installed Windows 7 with the drivers you send me.
The trouble with WiFi was that I disable it from BIOS, but finally is working very good.
Thanks for all, I really appreciate your quickly and good answers.
Greetings from Mexico.
