Had to do a factory reset on my PC. As it was reinstalling everything I get to a point  it says recovery failed. The detail says:

[19:12:19.65] DISM Returns [-905928695]

Failed to install feature pack [Microsoft -windows-holographic-desktop-fod-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~.cab].

[19:12:19.65] FBI Unbundle-Installation Language Packs Failure

[19:12:19.65] Failed to install LP [xx-xx]

[19:12:19.65] Suggest to check LP's build number [xx-xx] is the same as OS Deliverable, then dash again....

 

I did the factory reset after trying to use the HP cloud recovery tool so I'm using the USB to recovery everything.

The only suggestion I can offer if the recovery media doesn't work would be to make a bootable USB installation flash drive for W10 or W11 as applicable and reinstall Windows that way, so at least you have a working PC.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
