Product: envy lap top
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

since installing window 10 It wont see my garmin device in order to upgrade.. Windows says its garmin and garmin says it is a windows problem can anyone help with ideas/

@Chris144, welcome to the forum.

 

I suggest that you go to Garmin's website to see if they have a Win 10 software update for your GPS.  I believe that it is most likely a problem with their software.  They are simply passing the buck by telling you that it is a Windows problem.
