Hard drive fails smart test BIO8....very slow. I want to replace the HD and the current Vista OS with a new drive and Windows 10 OS. Can this work? 64 bit system 4 Gb Ram 2 ghz processor speed duo core.( Wins 10 requires 2 GB ram and 1 GHZ processor speed.) Are the drivers available to upgade to Wins 10?

While it still is "alive", take a backup of files/bookmarks/music/pictures/E-mail/product-keys-for-licensed-software
whle you still can.

None for Windows 10, via: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-TouchSmart-Desktop-PC-series/3733137/model/375223...
but there is the possibility that the device-drivers are either:
* included on the Windows 10 DVD;
* available on Windows Update after the initial installation of Windows 10.
From: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
you can download Windows 10 for free, and install it.
Until you decide to enter a product-key, it is a short-term "trial" version that you can run, to see if your PC is compatible.
