Hi, I'm having trouble getting my battery working. It will randomly guess the percentage of the battery and the computer will shut-down while it says theres 50% battery life. I try the HP support app incuided on my computer to do a calibration, however the battery fail the test. Yes, I did a check on the battery state; it says the battery is fine but I know that is incorrect.

Anyway, I want to replace the battery but there is no infomation on how or were I should take it. Any help doing it or is it impossable?

Hi! @watercat0, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you would like to get a battery replacement for your PC.

I have checked the specifications of your PC since the battery is not a customer replaceable part.

You have to contact HP or HP authorized service provider and get the part replaced.

Please, find the part number for battery mentioned below.

756416-001 2-cell, 30-WHr, 4.15-AH battery (Tablet)

Link to contact HP.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
