Hi:
HP supports your PC for up to W7 64 bit.
That's not to say you can't run W10 on it, but there is no W10 driver support from HP for any PC made before August of 2013.
I am running W10 on a HP dc7800 CMT business desktop PC which has pretty much the same Intel chipset as yours, and it works fine.
However...
I am pretty sure that the card reader your PC has won't work on W10.
The multimedia keyboard functions probably won't work on W10. Just the basic keyboard will work.
There are available W10 drivers for some of the hardware components if W10 doesn't install them directly.
