Hello,
we have two identical desktops HP ProDesk 600 G1 SFF running Windows 10 (64 Bit) with the most recent Windows updates installed. On both of them today I have installed the HP Support Assistant. The version info of the Support Assistant says:
HP Support Assistant: 8.3.27.17
Framework: 12.5.26.37
Configuration files: 8.0.6294.2155
Contact information: 37386108
All updates for the Support Assistant software have been installed on both machines.
While on one of the desktops the Support Assistant works fine and could download and install the available updates on the other machine the update process stops before downloading the updates with the following screen:
Several uninstall/reinstall cycles (with reboots after each step) did not help to remedy this issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
KInd regards, Hans-Georg
