I have run a hard-drive test through HP resources, and am trying to find out what the failure ID means, and how I can resolve it.
The failure ID is: PGE46M-80W8J7-WPTWLK-60RU03.
Is this fixable, or do I need a new hard drive?

The error message translates to a failure of the hard disk.
You need to replace the hard disk with a new spinner(legacy) type hard disk or an SSD.
