Unexpected blue screen crashes becoming more frequent.  Having difficulty reaching someone within HP for warranty help.  Bought from Walmart.com last June and also purchased extended warranty.  Walmart says warranty in 1st year is HP obligation, but HP says my warranty expired in 2013.  I didn't even own the desktop in 2013.

As a result of this issue, I can't determine who will fix or replace the desktop.  I need it for my business, so a long wait time for repair is not feasible.

Can it be repaired online?  Someone take over the system for diagnostics?
