I understand that the display language on the unit is not English and you want to restore it back to English.
In order to assist you better, please let us know the model number of the unit and the operating system installed on the computer from the links below:

Hi Rainbow 23,
My apologies for not replying to you last night My Printer is an HPJetset 3050A J611. I had Stated that my printer seems to have catered to the Asian market, how can I return it to the English Language. Every time I use the control panel it alters between two Asian languages.
I would really appreciate some help but, I'm going to bed now but will look for your answer in trhe mornming.

I appreciate your time and efforts,
I understand you want to change the language for your HP DeskJet 3050A printer. Don't worry, though, as I have a few steps which should help to resolve your concern,
Please follow these steps here:
* Press setup button on the printer (Wrench icon)
* Scroll down 5 times which would read the Set language.
* Press ok button.
* Select 1st option (English)
* Press ok button.
