Hi, I have recently reset my pc but when I have turned on it I have realized that all the programs offered by Hp, like hp support assistant or hp recovery manager, were gone.
I decided to make a factory data reset but, whitout Hp recovery manager, I don't know how i can do it.
Anyone can help me?

What model-number?
How did you do this "reset" ?
There is a "reset my PC" option within Windows 10, but that should preserve all the applications and your data files. Did you use that?
Or, did you reinstall from a "generic" copy of Windows 10?
Access: http://support.hp.com
Do a search for your model-number.
You should get to a web-page for "download and drivers".
On that web-page, there should be a description on how to order the original HP-modified version of Windows 10, for a small fee for shipping/handling.
Backup your files (external disk-drive or USB memory-stick), and then use that "System Recovery Set" to reinstall the "factory" version of Windows 10.

The model number is L3R84EA#ABZ
When I have reset my pc, I have clicked "Reset this pc" and I have chosen to remove all the files and to re-install windows.
Whit this option all the programs installed by the producer have been removed.

I looked at:
but there is no option to purchase the original Windows 8.1 software from HP, for your model.
However, on that same page, is "HP Support Assistant" ...
Type: Software-Solutions
Version: 8.2.8.25 Rev.A
Operating systems: Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Release date: Feb 17, 2016
File name: sp74656.exe (39.4 MB)
Description:
This package provides the HP Support Assistant software for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. HP Support Assistant enables HP customers to discover, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with their computers. It also enables customers to contact HP to receive assistance.
Through this software, it may download the "missing" software.
Also on that page are downloadable versions of the original "Cyberlink" suite of software.
You might try www.computersurgeons.com to see if they have a copy of the original software for sale.
That would include all the HP-specific applications.
