Access:  http://support.hp.com

 

Click "Find My Product".

 

Click "Let HP find it for you".

 

It will download some software that will identify your HP computer.

Actually it's a laptop, but I still found the model below the laptop written in  tiny font. Thanks and sorry for being ignorant 🙂
