Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Somehow one of our pc's has a password on power-on that we don't know.  I can't get into Windows because we are stuck on the Power-on screen!!   Help!!

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
