My printer is just 2 years old, and just prints from computing and not off the web. Yes, file sharing is on and no blocks, WHY when I pull up properties it show windows 95. That is only in hp. My computer is only 5 or 6 years old?? This print has had problem since the purchase, I called your support line so many times and they would fix it. Then the printer would not stay in sleep mode and every time the scrren would lite up for not reason. When I put the computer to sleep it would not stay in sleep mode. So I sat thier and watched. The printer screen would lite up and then wake up the computer. Why, my last print did not do that. Also the print screen woold be black in sleep mode and a din shade of grey would lite up on the screen and no Icons. I don't even have it hook to a phone line. I just don't get it. I have window Vista and the cd disc and it say XP,Vista, 7 and 8 windows. It also Hp officejet pro 8600 series, OS X, V10.6,Lion, Mountain lion Version 12.23. couldn't not find it so you mailed me a new dics. Why is it so different, it is Hp officejet pro 8620e-All in One Printer series. Mac OS X v10.6 OS x lion, OS X Mountain Lion OSX Mavericks Verion 12.32. Under the bar code for the 1st one is CX063-1001 that came with it.
Under the bar code the cd you mailed me is A7F65-10006.
