This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting “some printing functionality is not currently available” error message. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- How is the printer connected to the computer, wired or wireless?
- When do you get this error message?
Meanwhile:
- Run HP print and scan doctor to detect any defects.
