IPlug the cable into the UBS port into the desktop tower but it does not recognise the speakers

Just bought the Speakers we plugged the UBS cables into the tower but it won't recognised the speakers

I understand you are having issues with HP speakers not being recognized on your computer. I'll try my best to help you with this,

I did a bit of research and found that this HP S3100 USB Speaker is not compatible with Windows XP, as its only Compatible across all notebooks and desktops platform with Windows Vista/7/8/10 and USB port available.
