It has 230 W external AC power adapter. Please check the label of the PSU, which should says dual voltages or not.
Is it similar with the following PSU
https://www.amazon.com/PowerHOOD-Compatible-Original-34-b010qe-34-b025xt/dp/B0CWVT8BQV
which says : Input Voltage: 100~240V Input Frequency: 50~60HZ output Voltage: 19.5V 11.8A 230W
