Product: Envy 700-230qe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The new driver providd by the HP assistant will not install and I get an icon telling the Intel RST service is not running.

Hi,

Try installing RST directly from Intel and see if works (the file to download is RST):
