Hi:
You can only get W7 with SP1.
Microsoft doesn't call the convenience rollup SP2.
Also, unless HP has updated the recovery media for the 8000 Elite, you will get W7 without SP 1.
I just checked the recovery DVD set I got for my 8000 Elite CMT, and it just indicates W7 Pro.
3 DVD's are in the set.

For business PC's, you can only order the recovery media by telephone.
Call this number in the USA/Canada...1-800-334-5144
Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
Another forum member wrote that HP jacked up the price from $10.00 to $30.00 for the recovery media.
If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key, you may want to just make your own plain W7 installation media, and save $30.00, if that other guy was correct about the price.
I have always paid $10 for years.
This site claims to have genuine, unadulterated W7 ISO files for download...

Click on the link labeled Windows ISO Downloader.exe
You can use either the:
Win 7 Pro SP1 or the (Retail version, but the OEM key on your PC's case will work with it)
Win 7 Pro SP1 COEM (This version would be for what HP would have used--System Builder)
N is for European Union (EU) countries.
K is for South Korean markets.
Then you can use this tool to transfer the file to a 4 GB USB flash drive or a DVD.
