Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since we are virtually forced to go to Windows 10. why is there no update to the BIOS to account for the changes?

HP is not supporting any PC made before August of 2013 for W10.

The 6200 Pro came out in 2011.

You don't want to upgrade to v2.29 when running windows 10, or the PC will take over 2 minutes to restart, unless you disable the TPM in the security menu.

You can always update the BIOS by using the F10 flash system ROM option when you run any BIOS update.

That uses the DOS based BIOS flash files.

That way you are not in Windows, so it makes no difference what operating system you are running.

An instruction page opens up when you run the BIOS file download.
