Tried installing the Full Function Drivers twice. Prints and Faxes fine. Will not Scan. Does not show a Scan to computer icon on Printer Control Panel. When using the HP Scan icon on the PC, it says the Scan function is not working.  Tried P&SDr and it stopped at WIA Scan test. PC is a Dell 380 desktop running Win7 SP1 with 2GB memory.  This is a new LJ (just purchased). I was installing for a Business Client. Printer is connected via USB cable as customer did not want it connected via LAN or Wirless. I will be calling HP Invent tomorrow if someone does not respond by then. Thanks, anyone!

If you start the "Windows Fax and Scan" program (included in Windows 7), can you select your new HP device as the "source" for scanning?
