Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

All of a sudden my email touch tile on my Pavilion 23 does not update my emails, how can I get it to update again?

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.

 

 

1. Restart your computer (restart, not shut down and then back on). Does this fix the issue ?

 

2. Try to uninstall the Mail app (right click it and choose Uninstall)

2.1 Restart your computer

2.2. Visit the Microsoft Store and reinstall it back

3.  Check your Mail app settings and your email service provider settings
