Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Error code oooooof appears after resetting system. Need recovery discs to correct.

Hi:

 

You can see if HP sells recovery media for your PC by entering the product number in the box at the link below.

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

Once you get to the support page for your PC, select the W8 driver option, and then the last item on that page should be a link to order recovery media if HP still offers recovery media for sale for your model PC.

I looked at: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-23-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-series/5330748/...

 

but did not find an option to order a "System Recovery" set from HP.

 

Other People have suggested to search at:  www.ComputerSurgeons.com

because they offer sets that HP no longer offers.
